The shop hand delivers in our own vehicles every day and can send your gift around the corner or around the world. Because all of Eric’s customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. Eric’s designers are your personal consultants and will work with you to create the perfect flowers for all your social occasions from weddings, showers, dinner parties, birthday and anniversary dinners and anything else you want to accessories with flowers.
Lisa Greene AIFD has developed a program for our BtoB and corporate customers to help increase productivity in the workplace, help your customers keep you “top of mind” and get your sales people past the gatekeepers. Eric’s is the local florist who will work with customers to get the job done.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $6.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Call if you have a question.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. With the exception being Funeral work. Please call the shop to place an order for Sunday delivery if the order will reach us after 12:00 pm EST. Deliveries requested on this day may be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Please provide us with all information needed to complete the delivery.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
